Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients for 12 cupcakes

• 100 g soft butter

• 125 g sugar

• 1 pack vanilla sugar

• 2 big eggs

• 100 g flour

• 1/2 TL baking powder

• 1/4 TL backing soda

• 1 skosh salt

• 40 g cacao

• 125 ml buttermilk

• Frosting

• 100 ml cream

• 75 g dark chocolate


Preparation of cupcakes


1. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla sugar. Add eggs to this and mix it well.


2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cacao. Give alternating the buttermilk and the cacao mixture into the egg mixture. Stir everything to a fluffy dough.


3. Preheating oven on 175°. Put paper baking on the baking tray.


4. Put the dough on the paper baking and bake the cups for about 18-25 min in the oven. After that the cupcakes have to cool down.


5. For the chocolate frosting: Chop the chocolate roughly and give the chocolate with the cream into a pot. Wait a moment till the chocolate has melted. Have the chocolate cooled in the fridge (4h). Whip the cream until it is stiff and decorate the cupcakes.
